This Privacy Policy explains what data Sort Water Color ("the app", "we", "us") and the third-party services it uses collect when you play, and how that data is handled. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
Sort Water Color has no sign-in, no user profile, and no server of its own. Your level progress, sound setting, colourblind mode, dark mode and whether you own Remove Ads are stored only in on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and we never see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
The app shows advertising through Google AdMob and asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). These, together with Apple's advertising framework, are the only source of data collection in the app. The table below is the same declaration the app makes to Apple under "App Privacy":

This data is used for: third-party advertising, our own advertising and marketing, analytics, and app functionality (such as fraud prevention and ad frequency limits). Coarse location is used only to apply the correct regional consent and privacy rules (for example GDPR in the EEA) — the app never asks for or uses precise location, and has no location permission at all.
Google AdMob and Google UMP process the data above under their own privacy commitments, at a level equivalent to what this policy describes. See Google's Privacy Policy and, for how Google handles data on behalf of apps like this one, Google's EU User Consent Policy.
Sort Water Color never requests access to any of these. It has no reason to — it is a puzzle game played entirely with taps.
The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We receive confirmation that you own it so the app can turn ads off, but we never see or store your payment details — Apple handles those directly.
Sort Water Color is not directed at children and is not listed in the Kids category. It shows the same third-party advertising and tracking described above, which is not appropriate for a children's app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at the address below and we will act on it.
Google's advertising services may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, transfers from the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard maintained by Google.
On-device data (Section 1) is retained for as long as the app is installed and is removed when you delete it. Data collected by Google's advertising services is retained and deleted according to Google's own policies, linked in Section 3.
Because we hold no account and no server-side data about you, most requests (access, correction, deletion, portability) resolve simply by deleting the app, which erases everything stored on your device. For anything relating to data held by Google's advertising services, or if you have a question we haven't answered here, contact us at the address below and we will help, including directing GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requests appropriately. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for monetary consideration.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
